I arrived in France and were handed the cellar keys as the winemaker injured his back on day one of harvest. He asked me to order anything I need to make a great wine…. I found hidden at the back of a shelf WE372 yeast….what a wine that year!!! Anchor is a great part of my and the South African wine history.
